Ladies and gentlemen:
Since it was established
in 1997, the hotel has accommodated over 320 top-class visiting delegations,
including vice president, prime minister, ministers of foreign affairs,
finance, education and science & technology etc. as well as visiting
delegations of state congress and senior military officers.  Many
important business conferences, press receptions and a good variety
of meetings have been held here, including '98High-Level Forum on
Economic Crisis of South-East Asia the former American president Bush
attended, '99U.N. Colloquium Secretary-General Annam attended, '99APEC
Chinese Enterprises Conference, International Staff Workshop, the
preparatory meeting for the Shanghai Summit of the 5 nations, etc.
In addition to diplomatic
functions, the hotel also accommodates other markets, for instance,
business people, meetings and tours etc. The hotel has launched a
number of food festivals and promotion programs to show its special
features. In addition to serving the pubic, we have been devoted to
propagandize good traditions of China and introduce "State Guest
Experience", in order to popularize long history and growing
course of DIAOYUTAI.
In April of 2002, the hotel
has been accredited by ISO9001 quality management system and met standard
of international hotel service.
